Privacy Policy

What we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when reading on PageDusk.

Last updated: June 2026

PageDusk (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the PageDusk mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

We try to collect only what the App needs to work.

Account information (only if you sign in). You can read on PageDusk without an account. If you choose to sign in, our authentication provider (Google Firebase Authentication) processes your sign-in identifier (such as your email address) and assigns a user ID so we can sync your library across devices.

Reading data. Your bookshelf, reading position, and reading preferences (font size, theme, scroll/page mode). This is stored on your device and, if you are signed in, synced to our cloud database (Google Cloud Firestore) so you can pick up where you left off on another device.

Purchase information. If you subscribe to PageDusk Premium, the purchase is processed by Apple. We and our subscription provider (RevenueCat) receive your subscription status (active, expired, trial) tied to your user ID so we can unlock premium content. We do not receive or store your full payment card details — Apple handles payment.

Push notification token. If you allow notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging issues a device token so we can send you updates (such as new chapters). You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

Basic technical and usage data. Standard information such as app version, device type, operating-system version, and crash/diagnostic data, used to keep the App stable and improve it.

How we use information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Third-party services

We rely on these processors, each under their own privacy terms:

Data retention

We keep account, library, and subscription data for as long as your account exists or as needed to provide the App. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data (see Contact).

Your choices and rights

Children’s privacy

PageDusk is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
